Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If not, here’s how we make things right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or limited edition pieces
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at dragmeoutoriginals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
  3. Ship the item back — return shipping is paid by the customer (unless item is defective)

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
